My grandfather loves to play billiards. I can not understand how one person could sit in front of a television and watch two people waiting for their turns to hit small balls in a table, but my grandfather certainly can. In fact, he sits in front of the television watching a pool game as if it was the most interesting thing in the world. Knowing how much grandfather loves to play and watch that game, it was the natural choice to give him a complete pool table set for his 76th birthday. We set up everything there was to set up with the pool table, including the lights. Yes, the pool table lights were one of our major considerations in setting up our pool table gift. Being 76 years old, my grandfathers eyesight is not as good as it was when he was still in his 20s, and so we made sure that he could play his beloved billiard game at any time of the day.

How many pool tables do you have in your game room? What is the height of the ceiling from the surface of the pool table? What are the other decors inside the game room? These are some of the factors you need to consider in choosing your pool table lights. If you wish your pool table lights to encompass the number of pool tables you have, make sure you purchase a pool table light sufficient to give enough light for the number of pool tables. If you wish to have one set of pool table light for every pool table, then consider the height from the surface of the pool table to the ceiling and purchase a pool table light accordingly. Also consider the other decors inside the room where your pool table is placed, and make sure that the design, size and form of your pool table light will not overwhelm the other decor nor will it look odd.
