You have permission to publish any article electronically or in print, free of charge, as long as you leave the article title, author name, body and resource box in tact (means NO changes) with the links made active and you agree to our posted publisher terms of service.

A.Who Does What welcomes the publication of any articles listed on this site,
provided, as stated above, no changes or omissions are made.

Q.Are there any stipulations made in return for permission to copy articles?

A. No, there are no stipulations but we would appreciate a link from your web site.

Q.Is there a limit to the amount of articles I may publish on my site/s?

A. No, you may copy as many as you like.

Q.If a photograph of the author is included do I need to also display this?

A. Yes, author photographs provide added credibilty and it is preferable that photos are maintained.
